“We will lead our associates, our customers, and our industry to a higher standard; develop long lasting relationships; and enrich all those whom we meet.”
The ultimate goal of any business is to provide a livelihood for its Owners and Employees while simultaneously producing a service or a product. However, in the truest sense, the bottom line is all about people and relationships. We spend most of our waking hours with our business associates and clients. At Adams-Bickel, we understand that our successes, failures and quality of life are intrinsically linked to our relationships with good honorable people and the companies they represent.
Our Core Values:
Integrity – We honor our commitments, and always do the right thing – even if no one is looking.
Trust – We behave in a trustworthy manner, and act ethically and truthfully.
Accountability – We take responsibility for issues and work to resolve them quickly and efficiently.
Pursuit of Excellence – We always strive to become better. We find ways to leverage new technology to achieve the best results. We are committed to helping others to become better by sharing knowledge and expertise.
Our Project Approach:
Our approach philosophy flows from these three basic questions:
Where are we now?
Where are we going?
How will we get there?
This approach enables us to create a path to successfully take your project from concept to completion.
The 1st step is to listen and understand “Where you are now” with the state of the project. Ensuing discussions provide us with proper information to understand what is required to embark on the best path for your particular situation.
The 2nd step is to listen and understand “Where you want to go” This step focuses on your objectives, goals and expectations. This basic question expands to many other important areas such as budget, timing, financing, proforma, etc. The information shared in step one and two provides Adams-Bickel with the ground work to develop a clear path and proposal that fits what you truly need to achieve a successful project.
The 3rd step of “How we will get there” is where we take the information of where you are and what you want to accomplish, and provide the best path to the end result. The proposal budget and management approach is a reflection of a clear path from beginning to end, where your vision will become a reality.
