Phase I of the façade renovations at this existing shopping center was successfully completed in 2025, delivering a transformative upgrade that enhanced both the property’s visual appeal and overall functionality. The project scope encompassed selective demolition, structural concrete and masonry improvements, roofing and stucco enhancements, and updated lighting systems. A defining element of the renovation is the newly installed glass storefront system, which modernizes the center’s appearance and creates a more welcoming, contemporary retail experience.

This new two-story construction project on the Main Line features a steel-framed structure with a stone and stucco façade. The first floor
includes a shell space designed for future office or retail use, along with an open parking garage. The second floor houses a medical office suite.

ACCESS is a community center located in Chester, PA. AdamsBickel was honored to be a part of making this vision come to life for the Owner and the Sisters of St. Francis. This new construction project spanned eight months.

AdamsBickel crafted a meticulously phased logistics plan to facilitate the demolition and construction of interior finishes on the first three floors of the building while maintaining full occupancy. The plan was aimed at minimizing disruption to the fullest extent possible. With the focus on the common spaces, finish renovations were made to the lobby, stairs, corridors, and elevator lobbies. Our plan was implemented with precision, delivering a final product that not only met our high standards, but also demonstrated our commitment to ensuring a seamless experience for all tenants.

Bucks County’s first and only imminent crisis residential program, The Lodge is located adjacent to Lenape Valley Foundation’s existing offices. Designed to promote comfort and healing, the building features exposed timber frame trusses, two indoor/outdoor fireplaces, and expansive glass in large common areas to maximize natural light. The facility includes patient bedrooms, spaces for individual and group meetings, common areas, medical and administrative offices, as well as a kitchen and dining area.
