ACCESS is a community center located in Chester, PA. AdamsBickel was honored to be a part of making this vision come to life for the Owner and the Sisters of St. Francis. This new construction project spanned eight months.
Markets: Commercial & Industrial
450 Plymouth Road
AdamsBickel crafted a meticulously phased logistics plan to facilitate the demolition and construction of interior finishes on the first three floors of the building while maintaining full occupancy. The plan was aimed at minimizing disruption to the fullest extent possible. With the focus on the common spaces, finish renovations were made to the lobby, stairs, corridors, and elevator lobbies. Our plan was implemented with precision, delivering a final product that not only met our high standards, but also demonstrated our commitment to ensuring a seamless experience for all tenants.
Commerce Bank, Branch Location
This new bank building was constructed using structural steel with metal decking, exterior split face brick, and standing seam metal roofing. The interior of the building contains a barrel vault ceiling, high-tech lighting, marble flooring, and custom casework with granite countertops.
This project, including all sitework, was completed on-time within a 14-week schedule in order to be ready for the location’s planned Grand Opening.
Fred Beans Saab/Cadillac: Dealership and Service Center
This project included separate spaces for two of the world’s premier automobile companies.
Working as a team with the architect and the manufacturers, we were able to incorporate both dealerships into one visually appealing building while maintaining the two distinct brand identities.
The project boasts individual showrooms, offices, and maintenance bays all housed within a steel and masonry structure.
Godiva Headquarters – Expansion
This renovation and expansion of the tenant’s existing US headquarters involved much detailed logistical coordination and scheduling, as the space was occupied and operational throughout the construction process.
The project was completed on time and on-budget in three phases with no disruption to the daily operation of the business
