The Muse
The Muse is a residential building housing eighty-eight apartments plus a Penthouse Suite located just steps from Rittenhouse Square. This project exemplifies the seamless integration of modern design while preserving the character and charm of a historic urban setting. Upgrading the existing structure to include state-of-the-art amenities such as in-unit laundry and a fitness center required innovative engineering solutions. The project involved the adaptive reuse of an existing structure to meet modern residential standards while preserving the neighborhood’s architectural integrity.
Our team overcame logistical challenges including strict zoning regulations. A phased construction approach ensured minimal disruption to the surrounding area. Creative design solutions were implemented to maintain a low profile while maximizing interior space and natural light.
