This new construction project in the heart of the Main Line of Philadelphia sits directly across from the popular and busy Suburban Square retail area. This 81,924 sf building offers twenty high-end custom condominium units. The building is constructed of load-bearing metal studs and concrete plank and is complemented by underground parking and a green roof. Located on a busy main corridor and offering little laydown space, this project required careful planning and logistics-related coordination.
