AdamsBickel crafted a meticulously phased logistics plan to facilitate the demolition and construction of interior finishes on the first three floors of the building while maintaining full occupancy. The plan was aimed at minimizing disruption to the fullest extent possible. With the focus on the common spaces, finish renovations were made to the lobby, stairs, corridors, and elevator lobbies.
