Project Profile

450 Plymouth Road

AdamsBickel crafted a meticulously phased logistics plan to facilitate the demolition and construction of interior finishes on the first three floors of the building while maintaining full occupancy. The plan was aimed at minimizing disruption to the fullest extent possible. With the focus on the common spaces, finish renovations were made to the lobby, stairs, corridors, and elevator lobbies. Our plan was implemented with precision, delivering a final product that not only met our high standards, but also demonstrated our commitment to ensuring a seamless experience for all tenants.

They transformed a space to reflect our vision for the center and align to the mission of the school. Their team was incredibly responsive and easy to work with, consistently demonstrating professionalism and collaboration. AdamsBickel didn’t just build, they problem-solved. They were proactive in addressing challenges and always brought thoughtful solutions to the table. The quality of their construction was excellent, and their commitment didn’t end when the project did.
